Zurich is currently looking for a Training Specialist.

This position may work out of one of the following North American offices: Virtual Office

Develops and implements technical (insurance) training programs. Conducts training sessions and works with others to obtain necessary services. Maintains inventory of formal technical training given, identifies future training needs and evaluates effectiveness of the training program.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implements technical training programs within a given business unit

• Conducts technical training sessions

• Maintains inventory of formal technical training, identifies future needs, and evaluates effectiveness of program

• Provides guidance to training course support team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Learning and Development or Training area
  OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Learning and Development or Training area
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Microsoft Office skills
