Pathlight is looking for Per diem Direct Support Professionals in Hampden County
We are pleased to announce new increased pay rates- Per diem Direct Support Professional payrate is now $15.00 per hour.

Pathlight is a non-profit organization that serves to enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Pathlight has been doing this since 1952.
Here at Pathlight, we want to live in a world where people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism are recognized for their full human potential; where they are empowered to build an engaged and connected life, made up of the people and activities that they choose and that are meaningful to them.
The qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Acceptable CORI
- Provide two professional references
Additional preferred qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
The responsibilities of Direct Care workers:
You will assist the adults we serve with:
- Personal Care
- Cooking
- Cleaning/Laundry
- Display an eagerness to support their interest through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency
The location:
We have many small group homes throughout Hampden County - including, Agawam, Feeding Hills, Holyoke, Indian Orchard, Monson, Springfield, West Springfield, Westfield, and Wilbraham, MA. Our staff get to work with the individuals we serve in a small, comfortable home-like setting.
