Overview:

The Marketing Asset Coordinator will join our team of experienced marketing associates to serve as a liaison with vendors to secure photography and video assets along with product samples. This professional will manage the data entry process to build and maintain an asset portfolio.

The Essentials:

• Collaborate with teams across the Marketing, Ecommerce and Corporate Buyers to determine vendor partner asset needs.
  
  
  
  
  • Assets include vendor partner photography and video along with product samples.
  
  
  • Coordinate communication actions to keep internal teams apprised of asset request status
  
  
  
  


• Manage the process of communicating with vendor partners to acquire video, photography and product samples

• Samples will be used for photo and video sessions.


• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets

• Manage the workflow of proper naming, labeling and organizing all asset content
  
  
  
  
  • Manage and communicate asset updates and locations to corporate teams and store associates
  
  
  • Manage asset lifespan, coordinating go-live dates and plans for image removal
  
  
  • Catalogue and keyword vendor assets and internal creative media assets.
  
  
  
  


• Collaborate with SCHEELS Product Manager to track and secure assets for video/photography needs


• Assist with sample management


• Confer with leadership to resolve problems or questions


• Execute project work plans on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Expert Experience:

Associate’s Degree or 2-3 years of data entry or similar type experience is beneficial, but not required

Activity:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Schedule:

Must be flexible to work between 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed averaging 40 hours per week
