    Looking to continue your legacy as an OKCPS Athletic Coach into the Summer?

    We are looking to find current OKCPS Coaches that are interested in working the district JUMP IN program at each of our eight (8) high schools.





    The program will consist of four weeks (Monday - Thursday) 4 hours per day beginning on May 24, 2022, that will consist of strength and conditioning training for middle and high school students (grades 6th - 12th). Compensation for coaches working the program will be $28.00 per hour.





    Qualifications to be a JUMP IN Summer Programs Coach are:

    • Must be a current OKCPS Athletic Coach that has met all OSDOE Athletic Accreditation requirements for the FY2022 school year and intends to coach for OKCPS in FY2023; Certified teacher candidates are preferred

    • Must be prepared to dress in proper athletic attire (i.e. no sandals/flip flops, etc.) to actively engage with student athletes including lifting and demonstration of techniques

    • Must be willing to supervise student athletes before and after workout sessions

    • Must follow the workout program provided by the Athletics Office with student athletes

    • Must be willing to perform duties in uncertain weather conditions
