The Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc. (CHAP) is an independent, non-profit accrediting body established in 1965. CHAP standards assess the quality of healthcare in home and community settings nationwide including home health agencies, hospices, private duty home care, home medical equipment suppliers, pharmacies, and providers of palliative care.
Position Summary:
The responsibilities of the Client Advisor will include telephonic sales (cold calls and ongoing account management), account consultation, and various administrative duties related to the growth of the CHAP Center for Excellence.
Principal Functions:

  • Responsible for managing the pipeline of sales prospects.
  • Responsible for generating revenue utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Responsible for increasing the number of CHAP Center for Excellence customers through an organized and effective sales strategy.
  • Responsible for completing and tracking a predetermined number of telesales calls daily.
  • Identifies and pursues new and existing customers to arrange meetings and present proposals.
  • Effective utilization of phone, email, LinkedIn, etc. to expand Center for Excellence customer base.
  • Supports relationship building with industry stakeholders and key strategic partners.
  • Collaborates with the accreditation department to help exceed customer expectations and create a world-class experience.

Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Minimum one (1) year of home health, hospice, home care, sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to individually present information in a mature, confident, and influential manner.
  • Able to identify and develop unique value propositions and differentiators.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform various administrative functions.
  • Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers within an organization.
  • Experience in telephonic sales.
  • Adaptability to change is required.
  • Experience with the following technologies preferred:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Microsoft Teams

Physical Requirements:
This is a full-time position is a full-time remote position. Due to the nature of this role, lifting of materials and equipment up to 25 pounds is required. Extended periods of sitting/standing are required.
Fluency in the English language is required. Candidates must be able to observe, discern, and comprehend written documents effectively to perform this job. Extended use of a computer and telephone are required.
