Regions Hospital is seeking an experienced leader eager to support, lead, and develop our clinical and specialty outpatient rehab programs. The Rehabilitation Manager will support a wide range of therapies and programs across these specialty centers including PT, OT, Hand, SLP, Voice, Acupuncture, Massage, Exercise Physiology and Rehab Psychology. We are seeking someone that is driven to make connections, build deep and sustainable programs and to focus on the needs of a complex medical populations with a preference toward knowledge and passion for neuroscience diagnoses.
The Rehab Therapy Manager plans, coordinates, and operationally manages the delivery of programs and services, to ensure safe and effective delivery of integrated, high quality patient care. Provides leadership in program/services planning and development, in response to customer needs. Manages the supervision of clinical staff within assigned area of responsibility, including staff hiring and professional development. Provides fiscal management to ensure appropriate utilization of financial resources, including budget preparation and compliance to budgets. Evaluates programs, systems and services and is responsible for continuous quality /process improvement for areas of responsibility. Responsible for rehabilitation reimbursement, regulatory and practice changes that impact current practice. Collaborate with the rehabilitation leadership team, nursing and other Regions Hospital departments, RH and HP physicians, HP systems, and community organizations to develop, expand, and promote Regions’ Rehabilitation programs and services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of an accredited physical, occupational, or speech pathology therapy program. Master’s degree required for
speech therapist, and bachelor or master’s degree for occupational or physical therapist. Either an MBA or MHA is desirable.
Experience: Requires 3 to 5 years supervision/management experience with 3 years of clinical experience as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist. Additional experience desirable in supervision/ management of multiple disciplines and subspecialties of neuroscience, trauma, orthopedics, medicine, intensive care, and acute inpatient rehabilitation, as pertains to assigned lead role.
Licensure/Registration/Certification: One of the following:
PT: Licensed with the MN State Board of Physical Therapy.
OT: Licensed with the State of MN Health Occupations Board and NBCOT.
SLP: Licensed with State of MN Health Occupations Board and ASHA certification.
