Description:
- Candidates will be the final department to touch products prior to leaving the facility as the shipping clerk
- Operation of industrial equipment to move, load, receive and prepare shipment
- Printing labels, scanning shipments and sending ASN's as required
- Picking and loading orders for tug operators
- Delivery of supplied parts to line and finished parts to storage/staging
- Enter receivers into computers

- BENEFITS ARE GREAT! their first year of employment healthcare benefits are no cost, after 1 year their premium is $70/week but they have different wellness tasks (such as annual check ups) if they complete those wellness tasks annually will be $0/week. Spouse is similar they are $90/week but if the complete wellness checks it will be reduced to $20/week. Children/dependents is $0 cost.
- 401K is 50 cents on the dollar up to 6%
- Vacation time - at 60d they get 1 day & every 30 days get 1 day = 10 days in their first year. After 1st year they go into a different plan where they get 11 days off then 12, it maxes at 20 days off. They also get holiday pay and floating holidays
- Perfect attendance policy - if they have perfect attendance for 1 month they get a $0.30 raise for straight time, $0.45 for OT, if they have perfect attendance for 7 months then they get $0.50 raise straight time and $1 for OT.
- Perfect attednace PTO -for every 30 days of perfect attendance they get 2 hours vacation
- Overtime appreciation hours, they will get extra vacation time for picking up OT
- They do a lot of promoting from within, team leaders in maintenance from their maintenance techs, maintenance techs have moved to engineering roles, their executive VPs started on the floor and worked their way up

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES
- Previous shipping, loading, picking, warehouse, distribution or logistics experience
- Previous usage of forklift, reach truck, order picker or tugger is required (they will be trained on these at some point)
- Computer experience (will be loading paperwork items in to date entry systems)
- Lifting of 50 lbs may be required
