Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician - Cardiology - Seattle, Washington

The Polyclinic is looking for a full-time Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician to join our outpatient driven, value-based practice. Our Cardiology team is an established network of 20+ physicians throughout Western Washington providing high quality patient care with a strong focus on optimal disease management, population health, and prevention of hospitalization.

The Polyclinic in partnership with The Everett Clinic and Optum Care Network offers a broad range of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease and associated conditions. As a Advanced Practice Clinician on our team, you will be part of multidisciplinary program offering a complete range of clinically sophisticated, comprehensive cardiology care from diagnostics to treatment and rehabilitation.

The strongest applicant would have 5 years or more of Cardiology experience as an APC.

Requirements:

  • Washington State License and DEA
