Who we are looking for: 

Are you the Job Coach we have been looking for? JRI’s Developing Abilities program provides opportunities for people to live in homes and apartments in their communities and to grow through job training, supported employment and day habilitation services. We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.  

We are looking for Job Coaches to work in our Employment and Training Programs in Northborough, Westborough and Natick

JRI provides the training so that:  

• YOU will provide high quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities.  
• YOU will organize client’s daily activities. 
• YOU will implement treatment objectives. 
• YOU will organize community outings.  
• YOU will maintain case records. 
• YOU will teach new work skills. 
• YOU will supervise individuals in employment settings. 
• YOU will assist individuals in meeting vocational goals.

Requirements: 

• Candidates with experience working with people with developmental disabilities are preferred. 
• Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive agency vehicles. 
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
