Stor It Self Storage is looking to hire a part time team member who is outgoing, organized, friendly and a team player to our work family. Stor It Self Storage has 7 locations between CA and AZ – we strive to give the absolute best customer service experience to every single customer we come into contact with. This part time position will be for about 2-3 days per week. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am – 5 pm and Saturday 9 am – 4 pm. We are closed on Sunday’s for family and worship time. We are looking for the following characteristics in the person joining our work family:
- Willing to learn. We will train you on all of our office policies and procedures, but you must be willing to learn and adapt.
- Sales experience. This is not required, but is nice to have. We must sell our product over the phone and in person, and make sure to close the deal so we don’t lose out to a competitor.
- Bubbly personality/Customer Service. When we have to sell our product over the phone we need to stand out, we are big on bringing our A game to make our clients and potential clients smile.
- Basic computer skills. We do just about everything in our company on a computer, like mentioned above we will train you on our software but basic computer skills is a must.
- Being a self starter.
- Minimum of High School education.
- Multi-tasker.
- Dependable.
- Some schedule flexibility is required.
