Position Summary: Our Gather Outpatient Therapist provide individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, his or her family.
Fully remote opportunity!
Gather Outpatient Therapist have an opportunity to a full 1.0 FTE or .5/.5 FTE split between The Emily Program
Flexible schedule!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- May conduct back up coverage group therapy sessions in assigned intensive program
- May conduct outpatient group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program/Gather policies and regulatory standards
- May participate peer review of documentation
- May provides clinical supervision as needed
- Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice
- Maintain at all times the confidentiality of proprietary information, which includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, sensitive company information, and generally any company information not made available to the public.
Qualifications:
- Current license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
- One year of clinical experience preferred
