Marketing & PR Liaison

Christie Clinic’s Marketing and Public Relations Department is seeking a full-time Marketing & Public Relations Liaison.  As a collaborative partner, the candidate must be a self-starter who is proactive, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once with hard deadlines. This role works closely with the providers/departments and media outlets on PR efforts including but not limited to being onsite for interviews and commercial shoots. The preferred candidate should have impeccable customer service skills and strive for providing their customers, both internal and external, with top notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient visit generation campaigns from concept to completion including:  initiating marketing ideas, research and developing content and information, analyzing and reporting on campaign results.


• Serve as brand/Christie Clinic ambassador throughout Christie Clinic and the community.


• Play a key role in ensuring a smooth provider onboarding and team member orientation process.


• Copy writing of press releases and provider profiles, website, brochure copy, talking points and internal communications.


• Create and manage patient, public and internal marketing events.


• Establish and monitor patient relations communications; provide creative direction of copy, graphics, photography, illustrative and broadcast elements of advertising to provide a consistent brand image.


• Represent Christie Clinic at community events, as needed.


• Additional duties as assigned


• May require work after hours and on weekends.
