Job Location

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) position is located in Kokomo, IN.



Job Duties

The EMT functions as an Is responsible for driving an emergency vehicle to the scene, assessing the patient as directed by the EMT-Paramedic on the scene, administering treatments, assisting the EMT-Paramedic, monitoring the patient, relating history and patient assessment to the Emergency Department personnel and transporting the patient to a facility. Performs duties and responsibilities in a quality manner adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.




Experience

One year of experience working as a EMT, or ED Technician is preferred



Education

High School Diploma or GED 6 month certification classes License

EMT certification, CPR certification
