Summary:
Accredited through the American Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehab (AACVPR), we are an outpatient exercise and education program for adult patients (age 13-older) with a qualifying cardiac or pulmonary diagnosis. An RN is a vital part of this small interdisciplinary team. Responsible for the nursing plan of care and is accountable for patient care management decisions specific to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Must be able to practice collaboratively with the Medical Director, physicians, nurse peers and other allied health disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Requirements include a current NH RN license
- BSN preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
