Spokane Urology is expanding We now have two locations (Spokane and Spokane Valley) and we're looking to add a couple of customer service oriented team members to both sites.

Our practice is in high demand, making for a past-paced environment with plenty of patient encounters and opportunities help our mission of providing excellent care in the community.

All of this starts with the exceptional customer service provided by our medical reception team.


The ideal candidates will be flexible, can prioritize their workload independently and able to communicate well and handle a wide range of personalities and responsibilities.

*Essential Job Responsibilities:

* *Check-In:
  • Ensures current HIPAA form, registration form, photo of patient for EMR, and copy of ID and insurance care for the patient chart. Receives and processes payments accurately. Reconciles cash box daily for patient payments. Ensures that all patients that did not show for their appointment are called to reschedule.
* *Communication & Teamwork*: Works well both independently and as a team member; readily shares information, knowledge and personal strengths; seeks to understand and build on differing perspectives of others to enhance team efficiency and quality outcomes; is courteous, tactful and has a team spirit; readily able to communicate in a clear, concise, effective and timely manner. Is able to communicate in a verbal or written manner; able to display well developed listening skills.
* *Customer Service*: Excellent telephone etiquette skills; able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, colleagues, physicians and the public; successfully manages interactions with challenging or difficult people.
* *Attendance*: Consistent, regular, and punctual on-site attendance as scheduled is an essential function of this position.
