- New Skilled Nursing Home Facility Celebration area.
- 120 private beds with nice view to Disney fireworks and individual room thermostat.
- Easy access to main central Florida Hwy and restaurants.
- Five minutes from AdventHealth Celebration Hospital and AdventHealth Cancer Center.
- Therapy area with hydrotherapy treadmill and trained staff.
- Easy access to the location from major road like I-4, 417 and 192.
- Our therapy services include orthopedic care, cardiac care, hydrotherapy and more. You Will Be Responsible For:
- Works directly with the other department supervisors in completing responsibilities for facility marketing and admissions of new residents.
- Process all inquiries received by the facility.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and/or their relatives.
- Provide education to residents and families regarding the services available at the facility and the resources that are provided to residents based on individual resident needs.
- Prepares marketing materials and visits area Physicians, Hospitals, and Care settings that would generate potential future admission sources for the facility.
- Responsible for developing the facility marketing plan.
- Coordinates preadmission procedures, handouts, and required paperwork.
- Presents all resident information to the facility Admission Committee with recommendations based on facility criteria for admission and placement.
- Ensures that admission to the facility is made only if the needs of the resident can be met by the facility per the admission criteria policy.
- Obtains resident financial data and pertinent information of Medicare status and coverage available to ensure admission are made with the resident's resources used as appropriate and to work as the advocate of the resident to insure coverage that is available to the resident is utilized most appropriately. Qualifications
What You Will Need:- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of admissions or marketing experience Job Summary: The Admissions and Marketing Director is responsible for marketing the facility, generating appropriate resident admissions, and maintaining facility census at an acceptable level established by management, and overseeing the admissions process
