Job Summary
The purpose of the Cyber Analyst position is to support Okta Verify and CyberArk’s Privilege Access Management programs for CommonSpirit Health. These programs are responsible for cyber security during authentication and system usage. The position also includes metric creation, documentation, and coordination with other teammates and teams, assisting with service adoption, account recovery, and troubleshooting. The Cyber Analyst position will report to the Access Management team manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs intermediate operational or analytical tasks.
- Provide 3rd-tier support for Access Management managed services.
- Metric creation and presentation.
- Supports and participates in development of new/updated services offered by the AM group.
- Proactively identifies and escalates any potential security issues, risks, or operational performance concerns.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Preferred
- 2-3 years experience required
A compensation range of $73,000 - $106,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
