Swella is currently seeking a licensed cosmetologist to aid in shampoo and blow-dry duties for up to 20 hours a week. The ideal candidate would have reliable transportation to attend The Swella Braid Bar (Midtown - zip code: 30312) multiple days a week.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements: Cosmetology license required
Independent, self-starter with plenty of drive, initiative, and motivation
Previous salon experience preferred
Excellent communication and listening skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of business procedures, such as scheduling and time management
Respect for intellectual property
Timliness and Professionalism is a must
Must be kind
Responsibilities:
- Shampoo and Blow-dry clients with textured hair
Reports to: Founder
