The Project Information Manager/Sr. Project Information Manager provides support to users of the systems (PLANIT, MYTIME, CAPIT, Reporting, APOLLO) to ensure that the information required by the business (activities, time tracking, reporting, etc.) is available for decision making at the project and portfolio level. This role is responsible for providing high level systems and help-desk support in the drug development project planning process and the PLANIT tool set (Planisware and reporting).

The Project Information Manager/Sr. Project Information Manager provides support to users of the systems (PLANIT, MYTIME, CAPIT, Reporting, APOLLO) to ensure that the information required by the business (activities, time tracking, reporting, etc.) is available for decision making at the project and portfolio level. This role is responsible for providing high level systems and help-desk support in the drug development project planning process and the PLANIT tool set (Planisware and reporting).
What You'll Do:
- Responding to help desk inquiries from the business
- Proactively stay abreast of system changes and enhancements to make sure we're also providing the right solutions for the right situations
- May provide high level support for TA-based Pre-CDID projects (time-keeping, date adjustments, Planning status, etc.)
- Working with the communications team on relevant communications when events arise
- May need to triage certain items to relevant stakeholders that may be detailed in nature
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems
- Identification of process/tool issues and recommended solutions
- Development and management of PLANIT, MYTIME, CAPIT, Reporting, APOLLO Business Processes
- Assisting the team with training administration
- Troubleshooting MYTIME issues around account creation, resource availabilities, items no longer appearing in MYTIME
- Troubleshooting CAPIT issues that may be related to MYTIME or another root issue
- Pointing users to already existing documentation to influence more proactive ways of working
- Finding gaps in the process and highlighting those to the relevant stakeholder for remedies
- Fielding APOLLO account setup or triaging issues to the system lead or technical team
- Fielding reporting issues to the Reporting and Capacity Management team
- Aligning to the monthly Reference Line Process
- May assist with Data Quality efforts within the various systems
- PLANIT Project, Timecard, Interface and Business Process training management
- Interfaces to other systems needed to integrate key information used by the business for project management, business analysis and reporting (e.g. Veeva Clinical Vault, ACCORD, SOAR, SAP, etc.)
- BA/BS in relevant field or high school diploma
- 0-3 years relevant experience for Project Information Manager
- 3+ years of relevant experience for Sr. Project Information Manager
- Experienced knowledge of project management tools; PLANIT, MYTIME, CAPIT, Reporting, APOLLO
