- Will be physically capable of assisting person with developmental disabilities during daily programing
- Will participate as a member of the interdisciplinary Team in admission staffing and annual staffing
- Will develop written goals and objectives specific to the person's developmental training educational needs as determined by the interdisciplinary Team
- Will develop training techniques to be used to achieve these goals and objectives
- Will maintain accurate daily documentation using the Electronic Charting System (ECS)
- Will evaluate, review and update IHP monthly on ECS
- Will administer annual assessments
- Will participate in Developmental Training Program meetings
- Will maintain valid CPR and First Aid Certificates approved by the facility
- Will perform additional duties assigned by the DT Director or Administration within the scope of the Developmental Training Program, which includes but is not limited to Special Olympics, Pool duties and Outings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.40 per hour
