Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: Accountabilities:Develop deep partnerships with teams on their digital platforms, delivering to regional nuances and localization needs Maintain regional communication, managing regional feedback and supporting the regional digital strategy among countries.Assist Digital Manager in the development of Digital Content (Campaings, Brand Website, Oversee creative development and distribution of regional content)Manages, tracks & analyzes brand’s digital owned platforms (Regional Website YouTube Channel, RRSS) while gathering data (insights)Manage digital content work flow process to ensure proper and timely placement of assets and content.Partnership with OU's s to establish seasonal priorities, developing integrated marketing digital plans to amplify and distribute contentDigital A&M trackingSupport the development of eCommerce strategies among markets & eCommerce teams in CARICAMShare with Local Teams, monthly newsletter with digital trends, best practices, etc.Assists the local marketing teams with digital capabilities (Campaign & Media tracking, feedback, assistance)Support 1PD key actions to increase the Data Base for both; Quaker Qrece & Quaker CARICAM.Lead the Recipes platform data analysis for content development and create Digital Toolkits for communicating details to OUs. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Digital (media agencies o company with contact with media agency) or Brand ManagementStrong knowledge of Digital Marketing (Inbound Marketing) , Digital Media, Data Analytics, Influencers marketing.BA required with proven digital training.Previous experience overseeing digital marketing, media campaigns, ecommerce, digital analytics. CRM and Acquisition marketing basis are a plus.Have a great knowledge of the market particularly the digital landscape with a solid understanding of consumer behaviors, digital platforms, digital trends.Understanding of brand strategy development, brand positioning and consumer insights.Desired Nutrition experience and expertise, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness space.Capable of communicate / present projects to certain audiencesProject management, planning, leadership and communication skillsGreat attention to detail, with ability to dig deep into details while keeping focus on the primary business question at handAbility to manage external partners (Agencies and platforms.) to create holistic expression of the brand and meaningful programs for the brand while having clarity of the parter’s agenda to own the next steps.Data Analytics to create Dashboards and/or Reports (Digital Campaigns, Website, etc).
