Will monitor coordinate and evaluate the activities of the Call Center ensuring the best communications system efficient service and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinates the scheduling and efforts of the schedulers authorization and benefits staff and discharge call staff.
Responsible for the daily administration of tasks scheduling and problem solving related to assigned areas.
Coordinates the efforts and workflow of staff within the organization to achieve overall department goals.Minimum of 3 years experience in related field required.Must have excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
Must be able to utilize independent decision-making and work independently.
Must be able to delegate and follow-up with assigned duties work under stressful situations and show initiative.
Must have experience supervising or managing 10+ employees.
