The Site RN Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations within their assigned location(s) on a day-to-day basis. In this position, they will serve as the point of contact for staff and is expected to liaise between site and management. The Site Manager must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams. Mobile teams consist of up to 4 -6 team members, this role requires travel to all NYC boroughs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee daily operations (including setup and breakdown) of mobile vaccination and testing units
- Resolution of all patient and client concerns that occur at the facility or at mobile unit sites
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
- Perform quality control checks
- Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance across the worksite
- Mediate on-site conflicts
- Implementation of operational changes to prevent issues from occurring
- Training and education of employees assigned to your location(s)
- Collaborate with management on ways to improve patient flow, efficiency, and customer service
- Maintenance of adequate inventory levels to support patient services
- Ensuring excellence at your locations - clinically and customer service
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Participate with Performance Improvement initiatives
- Any other duties as directed by Management
- Able to work independently on-site with Management and Clinical support remotely
Experience & Education
- RN Credentials required. NYS licensure active and in good standing
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a diverse staff
- Strong computer skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and standards
- Proficiency in designing and redesigning workflows
- The ability to look at situations logically and analytically
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and be a team player, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done

The is a temporary, W2 position with compensation range of $55-62 per hour
