The data landscape in Unilever is both complex and advanced for topics like employee insights, workplace, rewards, talent and performance. The role as an HR Data Analytics Lead is to be able to tie all of these together and transform the data into easily understood and actionable insights.

Working with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, the global Organization Effectiveness & Analytics team create and deploy best in class organization standards that touch all parts of our business. We need to be the enabler for data-driven decision-making when it comes to our most precious resource, our people.

Who You Are

  • You’re a culture & change champion: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with HR and Business Leaders and to identify the organization elements to a business problem, and co-create solutions to address the opportunity

  • Analysis and visualizations combining multiple data sets into insights to enable effective decision-making

  • Build prototype tools and new ways of modelling OE and Analytics, including the use of both HR and non-HR data sets (e.g. Finance, Productivity tools)

  • Effective project leadership related to OE, Analytics, workforce planning and employee insights.

  • Responsible for applying new technology, AI, predictive analytics and insights into talent management, succession planning and development practices.

  • Bring excellence in deployment by teaming up with our global community and be the driver in implementing best practice insights locally.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will meet all/most of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Statistics or a related field, Master's Degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years prior work experience supporting OE and Analytics projects

  • 1+ years’ experience working with large sets of HR related data – including spread sheets, integrated report, finance data, etc.

  • Advanced Excel (including use of Pivot tables and Macros)

  • Experience with some of our current platforms (Visier, Workday, Qualtrics, Excel, PowerBI) to drive change and optimization.

  • Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses.

  • Able to visualize and communicate findings clearly to both HR and non-HR audiences
