Knockouts Haircuts for Men is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager/ licensed hair stylist who can help build and lead a great team and a successful salon!
Knockouts is a rapidly growing, upscale, full-service men’s hair salon chain based in Dallas, TX.
Pay:
A guaranteed $15.00 hourly rate vs 43% commission (whichever is greater) PLUS TIPS
Exclusive management bonuses contingent on meeting/exceeding store-level monthly goals
Great tips!
30% product commission for every product sold

Requirements:
Current Cosmetology or Barbering License
Highly skilled in men's grooming services
Management experience a plus
Great communication and customer service skills
Goal oriented
Warm personality and a positive attitude
Attention to detail while working in a very fast-paced environment
Expectations (including but not limited to):
Perform administrative tasks such as transactions on the point of sale system and scheduling
Take pride in Knockouts and work to continue growing the brand awareness
Conduct monthly performance reviews and communicate with team members their strengths and weaknesses
Manage inventory
Provide leadership and guidance to your team
Use good business judgement, ask questions and learn quickly
Maintain a clean personal workstation, sanitized tools, and a clean salon
