Echo Sonographer is a qualified by professional credentialing and academic and clinical experience permitted to provide diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures within the scope of practice of the Echo Sonographer.

Reports to: Cardiac Cath lab Manager

FLSA: Non-exempt

Minimum Education

X High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred XRequired

Minimum Education

X Graduate of a Program in Discipline Preferred X Required

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications

Required Skills

X Basic Life Support (BLS)

X AZ Echo Tech License- 12 months

Required Skills

Licenses: CCI or ARDMS
