Baroco has been providing skill development to adults with Developmental and/or Intellectual Disabilities since 1983. We provide consumer oriented care in comfortable community based settings.
We are open for services Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, we are closed on weekends and major holidays.
Full Time Staff typically work from 8:00am-3:30pm. Part Time Staff typically work from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
All staff receive 24 paid PTO days per year and all staff also receive 9 paid holidays for a total of 33 paid days off per year. Up to 5 additional paid days off are earned on your date of hire anniversary date and a 401K plan is optional for employees.
We welcome applicants from associated fields such as Certified Nursing Assistants, CNAs, Personal Care Attendants, PCAs, Home Health Care Aides, HHAs, Patient Care Associates, and other Human Service or Health Care Fields.
For the safety of our consumers and staff all Baroco employees must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, including receiving the booster shot per CDC guidelines.

Mask wearing and Universal Precautions are required. For everyone's safety, proof of the 1st shot of the Covid Vaccination, is required before start date. We will provide necessary time off for the second and booster shot.
