Wellness Coach & Client Success Manager

Position Description
Train wellness and fitness professionals on our proprietary wellness program and coaching software & systems - 1 on 1 and group (webinar) settings.
Follow-up on and support wellness professionals as they progress through our training & certification program
Develop and enhance training tools (video, documents, etc)
Customize clients on-boarding materials (PowerPoint, documents, etc)
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience health coach, wellness coach or personal trainer. Heart rate-based exercise, general nutrition, stress management/mindfulness, etc)
Excellent computer skills. (Office, CRM, Canva). Able to pick up new technology quickly.
Marketing and design skills a definite plus
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, specifically, the ability to engage in a dynamic clear conversation by telephone or video
