About the Job:

We have an amazing opportunity in our brand-new White Plains, NY office for an Analyst role on the Yogurt Category Commercial team. As a Category Commercial Analyst, you will support the Category Commercial manager across major key retailers and go-to-market workstreams. In this role, you will provide business intelligence for any given product/retailer mix and help inform the team of marketplace dynamics through weekly/monthly reporting. As the first point of contact with in-market data, you will help identify trends and changes to help facilitate our ongoing strategy conversations. As a key partner in execution, you will assist the Category Commercial manager in creation and submissions of internal documents that are necessary for our go-to-market teams, across both finance and supply networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer, consumer, and brand performance to support actionable strategies regarding assortment, pricing and/or merchandising using market research data such as IRI/Nielsen


• Support in execution of trade budget loading for internal systems


• Support team in internal and external performance tracking


• Create and own high level business reviews, using data and insights to create a comprehensive story

About you

About You:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, marketing, or equivalent experience.


• You have 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in the customer sales, trade marketing or brand management field. Ideally some CPG experience.


• You have a deep understanding of assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving brand strategies.


• You have strong oral & written communication, and presentation skills that deliver effectively across the business.


• You are detailed oriented with good understanding of customer business management process


• You have strong analytical skills. You have excellent MS Excel skills and can create performance reports while providing insightful data analysis


• You are comfortable leading brand initiatives and projects with cross-functional exposure to other divisions and teams

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-65,000.
