Essential Functions:
Assist in the management of all day-to-day operations.
Assist in identification of potential student-athletes, recruitment of qualified student-athletes, and maintenance of recruitment files.
Assistance with organization and coordination of daily practice plans.
Assistance with game day preparations, including field set-up and break down, uniform and equipment preparation, game-plan preparation, warm-up activities, and game evaluation.
Assist with inventory management of uniforms and equipment, and provide input into purchasing decisions on new equipment.
Assist with scheduling and travel plans, including the organization of lodging and meals on road trips, and timely completion of expense reports.
Assist with video operations and analysis. Scouting of opponents.
Assist with the monitoring and supervision of student-athletes, to include athletic activities, academic progress, eligibility concerns and disciplinary issues.
Participation in program and athletic department fund-raising efforts.
Work effectively with students, student-athletes, administrators, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, officials, and coaching peers.

- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
- At least two years prior coaching experience
