Job Description:
Accepting applications to teach HED 140 F Health Science and related during Spring 2023. Course schedule M & W 7:00am - 8:25am.
Primary Purpose:
Duties and responsibilities as presented are intended to be representative and not restrictive. The District reserves the right to modify the assignment and allocation of duties in accordance with operational needs.

The award of all degrees must be verifiable on a legible transcript. If degree award date is not posted on transcript your application will be deemed incomplete and removed from consideration.
Grade cards will not be accepted in lieu of transcripts.

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters in health science, health education, biology, nursing, physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, dietetics, nutrition or public health
OR
Bachelors in any of the above
AND
Masters in any biological science
OR Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area
OR the equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.
