Join PeopleManagement as our next Workforce Development Trainer 


The Workforce Development Trainer will customize, create and facilitate organizational training and development needs to facilitate the department team members in completing the initiatives which lead to the strategic growth of the workforce in alignment with PeopleManagement mission and values.


 


As Workforce Development Trainer, you must be familiar with the various service team positions, understand field operations, interact with field employees, and maintain a working relationship with Chicago Campus and Tacoma Corporate employees.


 


Essential Job Functions: 
 
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT 


Participate in creating and facilitating training initiatives, both on site and remotely, to advise operations staff of practices and procedures. Conduct instructor led and virtual sessions on various topics to assist with technical training for software, company process, job training, and soft skills training. Travel to conduct instructor led sessions at the field sites and corporate offices. Travel to field sites to support client implementations or special projects.


 


ORGANIZATION AND PLANNING


Conduct intake calls with management to consult and customize training. Develop courses, teaching aids, reference material and visual aids. Maintain and promote learning management system courses. Manage implementation and effectiveness of department initiatives. Enforce, maintain and communicate company best practices through standard operating procedures.


 


COLLABORATION


Work collaboratively across all levels of the organization to ensure training planning and performance monitoring is fulfilled and company procedures are followed.


 


 Experience



  • High school diploma required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Three years training, coaching or mentoring

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Attention to detail and on-time response to need

  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Comfort communicating to various audiences, both orally and in writing
