If you are located in Las Vegas, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Apply critical-thinking and sound clinical judgement as part of job processes
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Works with minimal guidance/supervision; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Translates concepts into practice
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• Collaborates effectively with different members of the Team, inter-departmental colleagues, and enterprise clients/partners.
• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
• Acts as a resource for others with less experience

Required Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with BSN or ADN degree
• Unencumbered Nevada RN License
• 2+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Intermediate computer skills/knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCM
• Experience with Utilization Management/Prior Authorization

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Nevada residents is $27.07 to $53.08. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
