The nursing director is responsible for the provision of care in the inpatient behavioral health unit and crisis unit. New Jersey RN license and AHA BLS certification required. BSN required, MSN preferred. Board certification in nursing leadership and/or behavioral health preferred. Previous nursing leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health and/or crisis setting required.
