As Associate Director, Marketing for a novel Immunology biologic product, you ll play a pivotal role in translating the science and driving innovation to make a positive impact on patients lives. Along with our collaboration partners, this individual is responsible for leading HCP (Healthcare Professional) Marketing Strategy and contributing to execution of marketing plans by working with Brand Leadership to develop differentiated and competitive messaging, campaigns, and HCP content to drive brand performance across channels. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in further developing cross-collaboration integration points in support of the US commercialization.

What you ll do

  • Lead the HCP Marketing Strategy & Execution with target Rheumatologists with a primary focus on personal promotion

  • Lead the creation and ongoing optimization of the Field Engagement plan working with the HCP Director

  • Work with Senior Director of Marketing and Marketing Directors to develop tactical plan and ensure timely execution and development of quality assets

  • Clearly communicate brand vision with passion and authenticity to marketing and cross functional teams

  • Collaborate and lead without authority across functional areas; organize people, activities, communication & resources around a common goal and to achieve business objectives in a timely manner

  • Lead in clinical knowledge of brand ensuring that the work of the team and agency partners are following the science

  • Create program Key Performance Indicator goals and measurement plan

  • Management of budget and agency partner relationships

  • Responsible for leading defined work streams and brand opportunities as defined by Sr Marketing Director, with accountability for end product

  • Coordinate operational work streams, ensuring key achievements are met in alignment with HQ Policies, and Promotional Review Processes and related systems business decisions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences

  • 5 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience; preferably in a related industry

  • 3 years of Pharmaceutical Brand Marketing and Promotions experience

  • Experience leading complex projects at the project management level

  • Strong demonstration of HCP Marketing or knowledge of the customer segments

  • Strong financial skill with the ability to assess and get results

  • Successful project management experience with the ability to work with cross functional partners

  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically for impactful results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Immunology Market, Rheumatology Specialty or ability to learn science quickly

  • Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences

  • Experience in Insight/Market Research, Market Access

  • Sound understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement

  • Experience across product life cycle (emerging, launch, in-line, mature)

  • Experience with specialty product

  • Experience related to therapeutic area
